Types of Reports Available

All reports can be set to automatically run on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule with the final PDF being emailed to you.

Drives & Stops

Receive a complete summary of all drives and stops within a time period of your choosing. Includes the route length, duration of drive, top speed, average speed, & fuel consumption for each individual trip plus a totalled summary.

Geofence Reports

Receive a complete summary of all geofence alerts that were activated within a time period of your choosing. This can be run for specific geofences or all of your geofences together at once.

Alerts Reports

Receive a complete summary of all the alerts that were activated within a time period of your choosing. Includes the type of alert, exactly when it was activated and any additional information related to the specific alerts.

How to Schedule Automatic Reports

1. Open the Reports Dashboard

Click on 'Tools' in the top right, then click 'Reports'. This opens the reporting dashboard.

2. Select your Report Type

Use the dropdown to select the type of report you want to generate. Over 20 different reports available.

3. Set the Date Period

Set the date period to analyse for the report. This can be chosen down to the specific time.

4. Set the Schedule

Select whether you want this report to run automatically on a set schedule or not.
